the inside of the hood is lined with the check too which is a nicer detail than it needed to be

Customer Reviews
rain genuinely runs off it. i watched it bead up on the sleeve at the bus stop and just roll away
my partner is 6ft and a 3xl and it fits her properly through the shoulders which is normally the problem
i bought it for my mum who is 76 and she said its the first coat in years that has not made her look old
i have had it three months through the wettest autumn i can remember and it has not let a drop through
took the hood off and wore it over a work dress and it looked completely smart. did not expect that from a raincoat
my husband got it for me after i complained about being soaked at his brothers wedding. two years later but i will take it
had it out in wind that was taking umbrellas out of peoples hands and it did not billow up at all
it does not feel stiff or crackly like some waterproofs. moves with you properly
eight colours and i went for the green because everyone has black. i have not seen another one out and about
my husband bought it for me for christmas which is the first time in twenty two years he has got clothing right
the hood comes off which matters more than i expected. i take it off for work and put it back on for the school run
got two, the black for work and the yellow for walking. the yellow makes me happy on a grim morning which i did not anticipate
delivery was quick and it came folded properly rather than crumpled into a bag
got the pink and it is a proper dusty pink not a bubblegum pink. much more wearable than i expected
it packs into a bag without weighing much which is why it lives in the boot of my car now
i put it in the wash on a cool wash and it came out fine and still fully waterproof
the checked lining makes it feel like a proper coat rather than a cheap plastic mac
i went for the red and it is a deep proper red not orange toned. lovely against black jeans
the shoulders are cut so you can wear a jumper underneath without it pulling. genuinely thought about
i teach primary and i am outside at break in all weathers. this has been brilliant and it washes
stood in a downpour at an outdoor market for two hours and my jeans were soaked but my top half was bone dry
the colour range is what got me. i have never owned a purple coat and now i cannot stop wearing it
lovely coat. the zip for the lining was fiddly the first time and i had to line it up carefully at the bottom. once you have done it once its easy, but i did stand there swearing for a minute
got it in the 4xl for my sister who normally cannot find anything. she has since bought a second one
good coat and it does keep the rain out. it does rustle a bit when you walk which i notice more than most people probably would
my hands arent as strong as they were and the zip pull is big enough that i can manage it without help
i stand on the touchline every saturday watching my son play football in whatever the weather decides to do. wore this through an hour of proper rain and was dry underneath. the other mums have all asked about it
my mum is 81 and cold all the time. she wears the lining in from september and says its the warmest coat shes had
true to size is accurate for once. i am a 14 and the large fits me over a jumper with room to move
the drawstring is inside so it doesnt dangle about. neat detail
the length is perfect, comes to mid thigh so your bum stays dry sitting on a wet bench
i wear it over work clothes on the walk in and it does not crease what is underneath
my daughter is 15 and asked for one after seeing mine. she chose the pink and wears it constantly
wore it at a festival for three days including one very wet afternoon. stayed dry, packed down small enough to carry when the sun came out
the sleeves are long enough to cover your wrists when you put your arms out. so many womens coats are too short in the arm
finally a coat where the hood does not squash my hair completely flat. it sits away from your head a bit
there are poppers as well as the zip so you can do it up properly with no gap down the front where rain gets in
honestly for £38 i expected a thin plastic thing. it is a proper coat with weight and structure to it
bought two on the offer, one for me and one for my mum. hers is the red and mine is the black and she has already been asked where she got it twice
the collar comes up high enough to keep the wind off your neck when you have the hood off
i am 5ft 1 and it is longer on me than on the model obviously but i actually prefer that in the rain
the coat is good and keeps rain out well. the only thing is with the lining in it is quite bulky under a car seatbelt. fine walking, less good driving
the lining zips in and out really easily. i took it out in april and put it back in october and thats basically the whole year covered with one coat
wore it every day of a week in cornwall in october. rain most days and i did not get wet once
good coat and it keeps the rain out properly. i went for the navy in the end because i looked at the white and thought realistically it would be filthy in a week with a dog. thats on me not the coat but worth thinking about before you pick a pale colour
the check lining is lovely, its not a cheap looking print. i have worn it open just to show it off which is ridiculous
i commute on a bike and the cuffs actually keep the wind out. most coats let it straight up your sleeve
bought it for my mother in law who is impossible to please and she rang me to say thank you. that has never happened
i wore the lining on its own to a bonfire night thing and it was warm enough on its own. genuinely two coats
really pleased with the coat. mine arrived with the lining zipped in already which was handy but it did have a few packing creases that took a day to hang out
school run in the rain every morning for a month and i have not been wet once. that is the entire job of a raincoat
got it for standing about at my sons rugby. the lining in and the hood up and i was warm and dry for ninety minutes
got it for a walking holiday in wales. rained four days out of five and i was completely fine
my sister in law asked for the link before she had even taken it off. she ordered the same night
i have the yellow and it is BRIGHT. i wanted bright because i walk the dog at dusk on lanes with no pavement and i want cars to see me
i am short and the length hits me just right, below the bum but not down to the knee
finally something that goes up to 4xl and does not look like a tent. thank you for actually making the bigger sizes properly
i take the dog out twice a day whatever the weather. this has replaced two other coats entirely
the flap pocket on the front is where my phone lives now. easy to get to without unzipping the whole thing
the shell on its own in spring is perfect, light enough that you dont overheat walking
i took it to scotland in november which was ambitious and it coped with everything the west coast threw at it
the zips are chunky and feel like they will last. thats usually the first thing to go on a cheap coat
the lining on its own is a lovely coat for a dry cold day. i genuinely wear it as its own thing which i did not expect
my mum has the navy, i have the black and my daughter has the yellow. three generations, one coat, and yes we know
three months and the waterproofing has not worn off at the shoulders where the bag strap sits. thats usually where it goes first
got the two coat deal with my sister so we split it. £32 each effectively which is nothing for a coat this good
the coat itself is lovely and honestly i would recommend it. mine came with the lining zip catching about halfway up and it would not go past it. theyre replacing the whole thing without any fuss so i will amend this once it lands
i am a 4xl and finding a raincoat that fits and isnt shapeless is a nightmare. this fits properly and i nearly cried
the fit through the body with the drawstring pulled in is genuinely flattering. i was not expecting flattering from a raincoat
i work outdoors doing conservation and this has been rained on more in six weeks than most coats manage in a year. still fully waterproof
decent coat and it does what it says. the purple is a bit brighter than the photo on my screen suggested, more of a lilac. i like it but it was a surprise
pockets are proper deep and there is a hidden one inside. phone and keys both fit and dont bounce about when you walk
the drawstring at the waist actually gives you a shape rather than making you look like a bin bag. thats the entire reason i bought it over a plain shell
i have three coats hanging up and this is the one i take every single time
three coats for £85.50 so i got black navy and green. one for the car, one on the hook, one at my daughters. never caught out
it is genuinely waterproof and well made, no argument there. i just got a bit warm in it on a mild wet day with the lining in. took the lining out and it was much better so its really about using it right
i work at a garden centre outdoors and this is now my work coat. six weeks of british weather and no leaks
the hood is deep enough that it actually stays up in wind rather than blowing off every ten seconds
three coats in one is not marketing, it genuinely is three coats. shell, lining, or both. i use all three
i garden in it and it wipes clean. mud, wet leaves, all of it comes off with a cloth
my daughter borrowed it for a wet weekend in the lakes and has since bought her own in the purple
bought two, one for me and one for my best friend for her birthday. we went for different colours so we do not look like a walking group
got it for my daughter going off to university in manchester. she has reported back that it has rained every day and she is dry
my husband keeps borrowing mine which given it is a womens coat says a lot about how good it is
i walk to the station every day and this has been the difference between arriving damp and arriving fine
the check lining shows a little at the collar when its zipped which is a lovely touch
the yellow is a proper mustard yellow rather than a highlighter yellow. much more sophisticated than i expected
