I'm usually a 5 but sometimes a 5.5 and the page said go up if you're between, so I took the 6 and it was right. The strap holds my foot in place so there's no slipping at the heel, and the little block heel is low enough that I forget I'm wearing heels at all. The insole is soft and I did a full day at a wedding in them, ceremony to last dance. Had three people ask where they were from
